We made it! A long road trip and a few crisis later, we pulled into Woodland about a week ago. Kenny has been doing most of the unpacking :) while I sort of sit a look around thinking, "Whoa, we're here!"
We're settling in and getting used to our unstructured life. There's a track that we run on about a block away and a pool just down the street that's pretty sweet. Other than that, we don't do much more that take care of Obie (Kenny's grandfather) and read books in the hammock.
We are starting a book club (I think we talked about it with Vinny, Jeab, and Jeremy), so I'm thinking of a good book for everyone.
I plan on posting waaaaaay too many photos in the coming week, so get ready!
