That looks strangely like dinner roll dough to me... I guess I've been eating too many lately. Either way, looks delicious!
and my word verification was "quese." Dang, so close to queso; how wonderfully relevant that would have been. :'(
Ack, how creeped out would you have been if it had been "queso"??
It does look a lot like dough, and when you're stretching it it has a similar consistency. It was way easy and so much fun! We're going to try ricotta next and maybe basic goat cheese. Yummy!
